About Kathy Orr

Attorney Kathy Orr is a graduate of Baylor University, Waco (B.S 1976). She later attended St. Mary’s University School of Law and received her Juris Doctorate degree, summa cum laude, in 2001. Kathy Orr became an attorney to help people out of some of the most stressful times in their lives. Her own personal experience in a difficult divorce led her to a new chapter in her life with all new successes. It is this type of optimism Attorney Kathy Orr wants to convey to her clients. Although it seems like a dark time, there is another door waiting to be opened.

Kathy Orr often appears at DWI hearings as an expert witness. She has an extensive working knowledge of the Intoxilyzer (breathalyzer) and field sobriety tests performed by law enforcement. This knowledge gives her a unique perspective in defending DWI charges.
