About Joseph Bird

I’m an accomplished Litigation and Trial Attorney with history as General Counsel offering diverse and progressive experience in all types and phases of complex litigation including disputes, coverage issues, fraud with an emphasis on mortgage fraud, employment and complex commercial litigation including FCA (Qui Tam), Whistle Blower and retaliation cases. I’ve spent more than 30 years fighting for justice for commercial and residential clients to ensure that no one slips through the cracks of the legal system. Currently, I own my own practice and look forward to sharing my experiences and knowledge with likeminded individuals or simply those looking to educate themselves about a bind they feel too overwhelmed to overcome.
