About Herb Friedman

Phi Delta Phi awarded me the title of Civil Justice Champion in 2005. I’m also affiliated with various prestigious organizations, including the American Inns of Court and the Center for Law in the Public Interest.

In addition to these memberships, I’ve served on the City of Lincoln Cable Advisory Board, holding positions as both Vice Chair and Chair. My dedication to the legal field extends to the Nebraska State Bar Association, the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys (where I previously served as President and on the Board of Directors), the American Association for Justice (I’m a member of the Board of Governors), and Nebraska Appleseed (where I’m the President of the Board of Directors).

Furthermore, I’m an active member of the National Crime Victim Bar Association, where I also hold a position on the board.
