About Erika Donner

Erika is a passionate advocate, with experience working with some of the best lawyers in the country. Though she began her career in corporate litigation and transactional work, she eventually desired work that more directly impacted individuals and families. After dipping her toes into family law, she found her calling, and now practices exclusively in the area of family law.

Erika combines her years of experience with her compassion, grace, and strong advocacy skills to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients. Such an outcome occurs in mediation in most of Erika’s cases. For cases that cannot be resolved through mediation, Erika uses her trial experience to fight for her clients in court.

Erika graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2002, after receiving a B.S.W., and an M.S.W., also from the University of Kansas. Outside of work, Erika enjoys spending time with her family, skiing both down hills and on Minnesota’s many lakes and rivers, and watching
Jayhawk basketball.
