Admitted to the Colorado Bar in 1990, the U.S. District Court, the District of Colorado in 1996, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit in 1998.
My educational background includes a B.A. from Connecticut College and a J.D. from the University of Denver. Served as the Managing Editor of the Denver University Law Review from 1988 to 1989. Authored two notable publications: “La Plata Electric Association vs. Cummins: A Radical Departure or a Consistent Interpretation of Pre-Existing Equities in Colorado Condemnation Law?” published in the 65th volume of the Denver University Law Review in 1988, and “The Impact of the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990 on Lenders” featured in the 47th Consumer Finance Law Quarterly Report No. 3 in 1993. Active membership in the Denver and Colorado Bar Associations, with involvement in the Disability Law Committee, as well as membership in the American Bar Association.
