About Charles Campbell

Chuck Campbell graduated cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1979, with a B.A., in Business Economics.  He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, in 1982.

Chuck has 30 years of experience representing clients in the areas of corporate governance, real estate, corporate and real estate finance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, business law, labor and employment, leasing and development.

Chuck is admitted to practice in the State of California (1982), and before the following federal courts: U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit (1985); Northern District of California (1983); Central District of California (1984); and Southern District of California (1984).
