Brad was sworn in by the New Mexico Supreme Court and licensed to practice law in the state courts of New Mexico on October 16, 2017. Leveraging his undergraduate chemical engineering degree (B.S. ChE, 1992 Texas A&M University), seven (7) years of work experience for a major U.S. based Fortune 500 petrochemical company in engineering, human resources, and corporate materials and energy procurement job functions, as well as his Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) credits from Auburn University, Brad serves many business clients across Texas and New Mexico as an outside general business and civil litigation counsel. He also serves as a general civil practice attorney for many individual clients for one-time and repeat civil litigation, business formation and business transactional matters.
