About Adam Seidel

Adam L. Seidel has more than 30 years of trial experience as a former assistant district attorney, and in private practice.

Mr. Seidel was the 2022 Chair of the Family Law Section of the Dallas Bar Association. In family law matters, he has been lead-counsel in numerous divorce trials and contested hearings, involving the division of complex property interests, and highly contested child custody battles. Adam L. Seidel also represents clients in Collaborative Family Law cases.

Adam L. Seidel is Board Certified in both Criminal Law and Criminal Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has been lead-counsel in numerous jury trials over the years, prosecuting and defending criminal cases involving conspiracy, health care fraud, death penalty prosecution, and breaches of fiduciary duties including misapplication of fiduciary property.

In Martindale-Hubble, he is peer-rated as “AV”, which is the highest rating of legal ability and ethics.
