About Ashley Zimmerman

Attorney Ashley Zimmerman is a 2003 graduate of Delaware Valley High School, a 2006 graduate of College Misericordia, and a 2010 graduate of Tuoro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.

​Ashely focuses her practice on all aspects of Family Law, Divorce, and Custody, and General Civil Litigation. She also represents clients in Criminal Defense, Landlord/Tenant matters, Estate Planning, and Real Estate Transactions. Ashley currently serves as an Assistant Public Defender in the Wayne County Public Defender’s Office and as Cusody Master for the Wayne County Court.

​She has participated in Veteran and Servicemen’s clinics as well as in a Criminal Law clinic where she interned at the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office in Long Island, NY.

​Ashley is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey, and is also licensed in Federal Courts for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the Southern District of New York. She is a member of PACDL, the Business and Professional Women’s Club of Port Jervis, and is a current Board Member of the Pike County Library.
